Kayleen Moore and
Dear Sister Blog
_DSC0434_edited.jpg

Kayleen Moore is a wife, mother of three, and a Physician Assistant with experience in Internal Medicine and Family Practice. Since 2014, she has dedicated her career to caring for patients, but in 2020, she felt called to step away from medicine to devote herself fully to raising her children.

Beyond her medical background, Kayleen has spent over a decade serving in women’s and children’s ministries at her local church, where she teaches and mentors others in God’s Word. Her passion for writing and ministering to women was born out of her love for Jesus and a desire to walk others through brokenness, doubt, and healing. In a difficult season of her life, she felt abandoned and unseen by God, but through God’s love and the support of her community, she discovered true healing, peace, and wholeness.

Today, Kayleen is the founder and writer of DearSister.org, a blog dedicated to guiding women to experience Jesus' love, transforming their lives from brokenness to wholeness through the truth of Scripture. She is currently writing her first nonfiction Christian book, Keys to Building Home: Partnering with Jesus to Build Life After Crisis, with the hope of helping women encounter God’s love, hope, and restoration.

When she isn’t writing or serving in ministry, Kayleen is passionate about loving and serving her family. She also enjoys reading, singing, running, playing games with her kids, spending time with her husband and family, and caring for their chickens and leopard gekko named Smaug.

Special Thanks:

Dedication

I dedicate this blog to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gives us the power to accomplish all the good works He has planned for us to do. (Ephesians 2:10) It is you alone, Lord, who will accomplish it. It is not by my strength, but by yours alone. (1 Thes 5:24) May you alone, Lord, receive the glory and honor for all that is written. I also dedicate this page to my sisters; may it give you guidance and peace as you navigate through the different seasons of your life.
